Lily Chuang has taught Oriental vegetarian cooking for 10 years at the College of Tao and Traditional Chinese Healing in Los Angeles. She is the author of Chinese Vegetarian Delights. She has delighted her family and others with healthy cookery for over 30 years.
Cathy McNease instructs in Chinese nutrition at Yo San University and Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine. She is the co-author of The Tao of Nutrition with Dr. Mao Shing Ni and has practiced vegetarian nutrition in her own kitchen for 20 years.
