How to Use:
Begin with clean dry skin. Apply an oil, serum or lotion to lubricate the skin. Using your gua sha tool, hold at a 30-45 degree angle and gently, but firmly pull or scrape across the skin upward and following lymphatic flow in the picture included. Repeat each movement 3-5 times before moving on to the next area. Always use a gentle touch, especially on sensitive skin.
