Harmony Tai Chi is like the rhythmic dance of the four seasons – sprouting, expanding, harvesting and then returning to the root – capturing the gracefulness and meditative benefits of the popular Yang style, power generating aspects of the Chen style, and the agility of the Wu style. The intermediate level, 28-Step Harmony Form builds on the first 18-Steps and continues the journey to cultivate their balance, and begin to learn the basic kicks and move toward advancing into further steps. In this DVD, students continue learning the spiritual names, principles, and virtues of each movement. This practice is ideal for people of all ages and abilities who are interested in cultivating their chi and energy.
