Très impressionné par cet forme que je ne connaissais pas. J'aime particulièrement le contexte (un enchainement transmis de generation en generation dans la même famille). Le contenu est de grande qualité tant par l'image que par la quantité d'infos et surtout de prises de vues différentes (de face et surtout de dos pour que l'on comprenne bien les déplacements). J'aime que ces exercices constituent un tout notamment pour l'aspect "fitness" des mouvements. Ce n'est pas du pur qi gong, ce qui est une qualité pour moi. J'ai hate maintenant de tester tout ça. Merci beaucoup ! Very impressed by this form that I did not know. I particularly like the context (a sequence transmitted from generation to generation in the same family). The content is of high quality both in terms of the image and the quantity of information and above all of the different shots (front and especially from the back so that we can clearly understand the movements). I like that these exercises constitute a whole especially for the "fitness" aspect of the movements. It's not pure qi gong, which is a quality for me. I can't wait to try all this now.
